From his small shop in Northeast Portland, Reed LaPlant produces commissioned and non-commissioned heirloom-quality furniture. Drawing from an education in architecture and art history, he combines a modern aesthetic with a classic sensibility and traditional craftsmanship.

With every effort made to use only materials grown and made domestically, Reed does everything he can to minimize consumption and waste. This is not a marketing effort — this is simply something Reed has been doing since long before the inception of his Studio.
